$55,000,000,000,000+ U.S. Debt???

If there is one thing I would encourage my blog visitors to read is this one post and take the time to watch the linked video.

I came across a video that does a very good job explaining the incredible debt situation we have in our country. In essence, our country is in a $53 Trillion financial hole due to our current deficit and unfunded mandates (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.). (Now with the bailout and stimulus packages it’s more on the order of $55 Trillion.) I found the video to tell a very compelling story about the critical situation we are in. The video is about 30 minutes long, but I would encourage you to take the time to watch it.
